Neal Dary
Following in his father Lawrence’s footsteps, Neal began work with Master Pools Alta in 2005 as a summer student while attending post-secondary school.
But having his father as a partner in the company didn’t make the career path easy. Neal has worked as a construction labourer, lead hand, site foreman, project manager and now operations manager, learning the business from the ground up and building a deep understanding of the project life cycle and the contribution each member of the team brings to it.
His focus is on building teams with the talent and bench strength to deliver consistently high quality projects, on budget, and on time, every time.
Neal led the work in Toronto on the three Pan Am Projects, which included the $160M award-winning Pan Am Aquatics Centre, considered the largest investment in Canadian amateur sport history. These projects were a joint venture between Master Pools Alta and Hollandia Gardens Pools under the International Pool Constructors Inc. banner.
Neal and his wife Lauren are busy raising two young sons to share Neal’s love of team sports, as a participant and fan.
